Meet Dorice Ross

Hello, I am Dorice “Sunny” Ross, and I have recently joined this beautiful ministry to deepen my spiritual path and be surrounded by those who seek to know their true Being.

My education and work have brought me full circle, first as a physical education teacher, as a physical therapist assistant, back around to teaching physical therapy at the university level. At the same time, my spirituality blossomed from being raised a Catholic and my mother introducing me to “laying on of hands” to diving into a variety of spiritual traditions including Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism and most recently ancient Egyptian deities.

I have always had a fascination of both spirituality and psychology in my adult years, which led me into an intensive mentoring program to study Jungian psychology, Gestalt therapy and other psychological healing systems. In addition to the above, my hands on healing as a therapist included training, certifications and techniques such as Reiki and Hands of Light.

All of this, I now understand, was a journey to prepare me to return to energy healing, a place where I started in this life and the knowing that we ALL exist in Oneness.

My approach to assist other’s in their healing and remembering their Divinity, has largely incorporated the Divine Feminine aspects of co-creating a safe space and allowing Source/God/Universe/Divine Consciousness to lead the way. An opening and exploration with empathic reception to a person’s need to express their pain and suffering, whether it is physical, emotional, mental or energetic helps those release any aspects of Self which does not serve them any longer. This is a facilitation process, through which a variety of energetic healing modalities can be applied (toning, music, tissue manipulation, energy or conversation), depending on what resonates with the client.

My unwavering hope and intention is to be a person who provides and serves with LOVE and the instilled truth of Oneness.
