Let’s cut through the noise for a minute.

I know the world is full of people running in circles, trying to “find” their purpose. Chasing it. Hustling for it. Overthinking it. Feeling broken or lost because they don’t have the perfect Instagram-worthy mission statement.

I see it every time I ask someone:
“What’s your purpose?”

The most common answer?
“I don’t know.”

And trust me, I get it.
I’ve been there too.

For years I thought purpose was something I needed to figure out, some grand destination I was supposed to arrive at. But everything shifted when I finally got quiet enough to listen.

For the past 15+ years, I’ve been in conversation with my guides — a beautiful group I call The Blue Ones. (That’s my name for them — they’ve never offered another.) Their wisdom has shaped my life, my work, and how I show up in the world.

And one day, they dropped a truth that cracked me wide open:

“We all have the same purpose: to serve.”

Of course, I asked:
“What does it mean to serve?”

Their answer was simple and unshakable:
“To love.”

That’s it.
Your purpose is to love.
To love yourself.
To love others.
Because at the deepest level — we are not separate. We are one.

Where We Get It Twisted

This is where so many people trip themselves up. We’ve been conditioned to believe that purpose is something we do. A job title. A career. A business. A role.

But your purpose is not your profession.
Your purpose is your presence.

Purpose isn’t always found in the big, loud moments.
Often, it’s tucked inside the tiny, ordinary ones:

  • In the way you greet the cashier at the grocery store.

  • In how you drive through traffic.

  • In the energy you bring into your home.

  • In how you listen — really listen — to a friend.

  • In how you show up for yourself on a hard day.

Every single interaction is an opportunity to serve.
Every breath you take is a chance to offer love into the field.

Expanding Our Circle of Service

But let’s take this even deeper — because true service goes far beyond the people in our lives.

We are here to serve all of life.

  • The Earth beneath our feet.

  • The plants that feed and nourish us.

  • The animals who share this planet with us.

  • The waters that cleanse us.

  • The air that breathes us.

When we honor and serve the natural world, we’re not just “being good people” — we are fulfilling our deepest purpose as stewards of this sacred planet. We are in relationship with all of life. And when we give love to all of life, life gives it right back.

The Truth About Real Service

Now, let’s get really honest.
Because this is where most of us resist.

We want to control who we serve.
We want to love where it’s easy.
We want to give when it feels good and safe.

But true service doesn’t come with conditions.
True love isn’t a reward for good behavior.

Sometimes the ones who feel least worthy of love are the ones who need it most.
And when we serve there — when we love there — we not only create transformation for them…
we heal ourselves. We heal the collective. We shift the entire human field.

This is how consciousness rises.
This is how we create the world we all say we want.
Not by waiting for someone else to fix it — but by being the embodiment of love right where we are.

The Energetic Law of Service

Here’s what I’ve witnessed again and again:
The more we serve, the more we are served.
The more we love, the more love flows back — multiplied, expanded, overflowing.

Not because we demanded it.
Not because we manipulated it.
But because that’s simply how the universe works.

We are channels for love.
The more we open the channel, the more flows through.

You Don’t Find Purpose. You Live It.

The world loves to sell you the lie that you have to go “find” your purpose.

Here’s the truth:
You don’t find it. You live it. Right now. In every moment.

So let me leave you with this — not as something to ponder, but as something to practice:

  • How can I serve in this moment?

  • Is this love — for others and for myself?

  • If not, where can I shift into love right now?

You want to change your life?
You want to change the world?
This is how we do it.
One choice. One breath. One act of real love at a time.

And if you’re ready to go deeper, I’m here.
Come to an event.
Join a retreat.
Let’s not just talk about this work.
Let’s live it.
